Great pho, do not let other reviews of bad be real. Never had bad food or service here

Avoid. Stick to better Vietnamese restaurants in the combat zone. I ordered pork and shrimp vermicelli.  Came with limited amount of pork and vermicelli piled  on bed of lettuce with no cilantro, carrots and cucumber like at the better places. No chile sauce provided other than siriacha.
The summer rolls were decent except that peanut sauce tasted weird.

Our usual vietnamese restaurant is closed on Mondays, but I was in the mood for soup so we decided to try this spot.  The restaurant had only four tables with customers. Fine...its a Monday maybe business is just slower. No! Its empty for a reason.  The server had no personality, failed to let us know prior to perusing the menu that they were out of all egg rolls and wontons.  She waited until we ordered and then said it as though it were commonplace to be out of appetizers.  I ordered the rare beef pho and received well done beef.  To be fair, it was tasty.  My sister had the half cornish hen with fried rice, which she was enjoying until she bit into an eggshell. I waited 10 minutes after I consumed all of my water for a refill and then the "friendly" waitress refilled it with room temp water and no additional ice.  Stay away!! Waste of money.

    Update:
45 minutes after dinner and everyone who ate is now incredible sick... DEFINITELY not going back now... I didn't even think you could get food poisoning from beef... But both me and my friend who also had the beef pho, and my friend who had the lemongrass chicken are all sick...

They had pamphlets for the near by urgent care on the counter, my friend said it was a bad omen... Should have listened...

Not the worst pho I've ever had, but the broth is definitely way to pale and a bit flavorless, the beef is oddly sweet (and slightly flavorless) there also wasn't a lot of green onions or regular onions in it so that was disappointing.

We also got the lemongrass chicken, the chicken was great, everything else was okay but but not great, the rice was sort of overcooked, but edible.

The server was also really slow considering our party of four were the only ones there.

We fed three people, with two sodas for about $30.

    Probably won't be back.

Basil Leaf is still my favorite.

I love this restaurant, best Vietnamese in abq

Everything that I have tried was absolutely amazing!

I tend to stick to certain dishes all though everything that I have tried has been so great.

The combination fried rice is my go to.

G13 chicken with rice, shrimp GREAT

    sesame chicken GREAT

BEST Vietnamese egg rolls and fish sauce flavor I have ever had

The fried wontons are great too
